Trackzilla

This collaboration with Xtreme Manufacturing is one of the world’s largest forklifts capable of lifting 50,000 pounds and extending a record-breaking 100 feet in the air. This telehandler changes the game in heavy lifting. Not only does it maneuver with ease over tough terrain, but it does also so with operator safety and comfort top of mind.

Large-scale construction projects typically rely on cranes to install panels and mezzanines. This process often demands extensive certifications and permits, as well as additional personnel to manage crane rigging. However, when buildings are erected from the top down, utilizing cranes becomes impractical. The challenge is finding machinery capable of operating inside the building to efficiently set high-roof and mezzanine levels, without compromising the structure or workflow.
The introduction of more nimble machinery, such as Trackzilla, was designed to handle larger loads, reach greater heights, and complement the innovative approach of removing cranes from the job site. This shift offers several advantages, including the ability to pour concrete and allow other trades to begin work on the top floor while it's enclosed from the elements. By utilizing this method, project timelines have been significantly reduced, sometimes cut in half, since there's no need for cranes. Trackzilla efficiently sets the top levels, streamlining the construction process and eliminating crane dependency.
